You make some valid points which I am not going to argue with. The history at smokey hills speaks for itself and management still have a lot of work to do to regain the markets confidence.

You got to remember that PLA is more than just smokey hills, and there are alternative ways of raising funding for these projects.

At 10cents I see more upside risk than downside risk, ESP. When you know there is an announcement due in less than two weeks.
