So there is a Saudi and Indian partner after all. This is interesting because everyone in the media seems to think : Oh it's an Indian company so it's got to be NMDC. But since everyone was speculating, the media might have overlooked the fact that ABS along probably doesn't require NMDC to contribute their $ or their expertise.

There is a tie between ABS and an Indian company, however. ANT Steel engineers Asia founder Dr. Singh serves as ABS Technical President. I wonder if this is the Indian partner they are actually talking about. All my opinion only and just guessing after all.
