My thinking is that this will move back down before another leg up................lets see the figures and come end August I suspect the sp to vacillate around $1.30 - $1.40 until SAMR gets announced

The obvious leg up around Xmas time (IMO) when we get what we are waiting for.........earlier would be nice but cannot see that
