I think it’s very possible that an off shore fund might turn up again soon. I doubt only one fund will turn up after the SAMR. Some of these stocks (sometimes after placements) tend to get a spring in their step after the idiot bots and fast traders move on. Not a bad announcement today. That allows WHA to sell milk powder into China and the infant formula is next. That’s the big one. Dyor.
