When you have major holders the thing to be concerned about is how they can extract value from you and I (minority shareholders). So if they own a major chunk of WHA they can shift earnings from WHA to their other holdings i.e. set-up a shell or company that get's very preferential pricing and therefore taking margin off WHA and giving it to their subsidiary or related party. For them they get their margin either way so they aren't fussed.
Prime examples are mining companies where management have other companies providing services to the company at sometimes extortionate rates. Hard to tell what market rates are in those cases, but a bit easier with IF I guess.
