This is a ludicrous raising by financial incompetents. They did a raising at 5.3 cents last year, then dropped it to 4.8, threw in free options exercisable at 6 cents and then release a string of misleading funding updates and now this..they have sent this company into the realms of penny patheticness with potentially almost 4billion shares and 1.7billion options outstanding. Do they honestly know what the funding position is, or do we wait for the next funding update. I guess we're lucky the aSX wont allow dilution down to trillions of shares.
