Tokyo there's no obvious TA reason why there would be capping at this particular price. Price has been moving up pretty consistently since it broke resistance at 26 - I would agree there was capping if price got stuck at 31.5 for several days but that's not the case (yet). The price action looks to me like its been marked up actually - I think we will see the gap to 41c close within a couple of months at most, and probably the quarterly and/or the BI payout would be he catalyst.
