As Autosime said P/E means nothing
You can't compare MGX to most resource companies that have debt on their books with very little cash
Why wouldn't anyone just buy the company for 45 cents and have a profitable business for free
Most companies would have bought back their stock or returned funds like for eg BAU
MGX is quite unique and I think we all agree that they use their funds for an aquisition
