The more I think about it, the more I believe if they want a TO, it will need to be done within the next 6 months as waiting until cash is nearing 500m post a BI payout would be silly.
Maybe they are however a genuine LT shareholder looking to maximise value like the rest of us.
Tokyo, agree that an acquisition of a HRR type company or asset would be ideal medium to LT, but I get a sense they are seeking a revenue producing asset, not a development asset. They did indicate they are open to acquiring more than one asset but locking in a future revenue stream is likely to be the focus.
