Or as JG pointed out some people will be happy with taking a 1/2 cent margin by buying at 12.5 and selling at 13 - or last week buying at 11 and selling at 11.5 just to get less than a 5% spread.... they may even make a whole 1c sometimes.
I did not consider that as an option as to me EVG and EVGO is worth a lot more than 5% per trade.
All things taken together there may be several reasons that inspire people to sell at these levels.
I am of the opinion however that this will cease soon allowing the SP to head up to 20c+ where it really should be as of now.
