BungalowBill - you know very little about the duties of companies and your expectations of how this one, and possibly others, are to perform and inform the market whilst in negotiations. Best you go and talk to someone who understands the market and learn from them. It disappoints when I see people misleading others with meaningless rants that highlight a lack of experience/knowledge. Maybe speak to your broker, he's a better chance of educating you....
