    Hopefully everyone get's the fill they want before the project news starts rolling out. The SPP buyers don't seem to want to take anything less than 50% gain, and why wouldn't they? With what could be in store here, I guess they are holding out for more.......and more..........and.......

    Time will tell I guess.
