While the schools deal flow is good, it is just one part of the company growth strategy. But don't discount the schools revenue, there are thousands of them that could be replicated as the Berkeley County ones. But again, the schools came to Tesserent, management have not focused time assets and marketing on these - its a free kick and a handy market.
