    There Opinion is Stormer that the $8.5m placement @ 6.4c per share is NOT Fair Value ... go Figure ... for a Paid IER I would be a little unhappy at around $50 k minimum to get that 6.4 c is on the Low side and Unfair ...listen to you or listen to the IER hmmmmm let me think
