I am sure that there would have been a lot of negotiating and overcoming hurdles in the background for the past several months...
It has been unfort that BHP has had alot of background foul play here and has used the ALC to hit this on the head...
The licenses have been granted, and its in the same backyard with BHP, so the discrimination against NTM needs to be challenged equally with BHP.
I am sure that its a matter of time before we see a renegotiation between all parties and NTM gets given the green lights.
