If it is a duster and comes back to a couple of cents it wont be for long! IMO.
Because of the reasons you have pointed out Gas!
NDO has tried to bust through 4c three times now and gets capped by the big seller.
If NDO is true to form and we have a duster then it will make another attempt to get through after the initial panic!
Then the big buyer will step back in. Its such a game of cat and mouse, the drill is almost a side issue.
Might be easier to make money if it is a duster. IMO
