Positives:

It appears that in the future we will have Nestor go under and Redflex announce a dividend. I am talking about in 2007.

The legislative climate is becoming more favorable in the US.

Speed is becoming more accepted.

Communications is bye bye.

Negatives:

Management acts like amatuers.

I am very excited about this year. I bought more shares about 2 weeks ago. The market will notice sooner or later. Hopefully management will get their act together and maybe take a management class at the local community college.
