In some ways chm is in the better negotiating position given MMX deadline.
But it is also CHM deadline as unless the court ruling is completely in CHM favour - ie they get dirt - not a share of MMX profit, then if MMX loses Oakagee then CHM also loses any chance of a decent sum.
If CHM asks too much then MMX Sh may reject and everyone loses.
A lot may depend on when the judges get their act together
If CHM wins dirt then they can have a big payment
If not they must deal with MMX
