Don't forget that to be safe votes in the Director's share grab need to be in today.

Imo we should vote yes for Resolutions 1 & 2 regarding the debt restructuring as this seems to be reasonable for all shareholders.

However, the same cannot be said for resolutions 3 to 9 wherein the Directors want 2.5m free shares each plus more for their mates!

Imo this is not in all shareholders best interests and we should vote no to these resolutions 3-9.
