Slowly slowly, you've identified the big opportunities for improvement & I'm sure management are strategising around those right now. Medium-long term I'm seeing WOW as a very strong growth stock if they can get it even a little bit right, they have the infrastructure in place so half the battle has already been fought unlike an Aldi who still needs to build it.
