Risk is also in the opportunity cost. AGS shareholders are stuck here whilst other companies are moving projects forward.
Also keep an eye out for related party transactions.
Still, now on reflection, I think you might get 3c more if no project is found. I say that because of a question asked at the AGM where JD responded, off the cuff, i.e without consulting the others, that they had anticipated a 15c return but were concerned about tax. For him to state that immediately suggests to me that they might genuinely have been considering a 15c return. It would be a remarkable example of stage-management if they hadn't.
That would be a reasonable compromise returning further value to shareholders whilst keeping the trough nicely filled.
