@Hurcorh be good to chat offline. MEB have outlaid a massive amount in legal costs for Jack's "investigation" not noted in the last financials in creditors. Also the 1.3m burn per month since the date of the last deck and the tax rebate reduction to 1.9m after fees have added to this. There is a lag on the cash and the actual cash position. Other than a small 30k deal MEB have done there will now be no revenue until after Feb as no contracts will be signed over Xmas and hard to raise prior. Also it seems accepted that FDA will ask for more information and potentially more studies. Hard to think of how the staff burn will decrease with the consumer app not complete, the corporate app barely functioning, FDA needing more work and a raise tough with Xmas, 249D, low MC and such instability. 

Not a pessimist - just trying to figure how stability can be returned asap and a review can be undertaken while the Boar seem to be pretending all is good in the hood. I think it can get there. It just needs a Board reality check and a major strategy review at the tech level. MEB have built an app yes - but the strength of the objective approach should be the biomarker. MEB's app is mostly the Vital Conversations IP and the biomarker part is weak - less rigiorous than a general Garmin stress score.  Seems to me they should drop anything except growth of the biometrics part and try to partner in with others by selling the biometric and not an overall psych app.  Its the unique differentiator. I don't know who's focused on that in the hundreds of staff on apps, PR, finance etc.  Get better medical and bio statistition input AND commercialise it.  A new CEO will tke a while to figure that out. The Board don't seem to get it.  Just sayin'.
