Whether the company likes it or not they need both.

No one wants to invest in an under performing stock. When the oppies didn't make the price in September I thought it was so as not to dilute the shares and a push was on the get it to say 50c before a capital raising, so same money, half the number of shares issued, everyone happy. Didn't happen obviously and then we had a cap raising at 24c.

If you promote your stock you end up with more money coming your way provided you deliver the results (the latter is whats happening) and people actually WANT to invest in your stock (not happening enough). Maybe that's what has been lost on these guys, they are mining background so maybe don't realize the importance of this fact.
