I used to post on the the CHM threads, vigorously defending the ethical right of the company to pursue this action. I cant remember the posters name now but she was a lawyer with an ego as inflated as her paycheck who essentially said it was a criminal act and the company would get delisted as insolvent, blah blah blah. Anyone remember who I'm referring to?

I was just a trader but it reaffirms my belief in a certain type of sociopathic class that infests our corporate (and political) world and whose motives are pure selfishness. Dont ever get intimidated by someone just because they have a string of letters after their name. Right and wrong are rarely difficult to discern.
