in the employee incentive plan it says
"50% of the options can be exercised after 12 months employment and the remaining 50% of the options can be exercised after 24 months employment provided the minimum trigger price of 2.0 cents per share is achieved for a minimum period of 60 days."
so its in someones interest to keep the share price at 2 cents or above for 60 days...that the reason its hovering around 2 cents?
