I really have no idea, one possibility perhaps ???
In the bad old days when shareholders acquired 2.3 BILLION (it bogles the mind) shares at .005 what the institutions who usually acquired 100's of millions of these used to do is inflate the value by selling and buying from each other until they pumped up the price up several hundred 100% ... not hard for a sub 1 cent stock
What then happens that joe average sees this on his charts or becomes aware from .. say forums, and thinks wow I better get on this before its to late.
Then when it drops from say 2.8 cents down to 2 cents they think .. wow so cheap now I better get on this now that its so cheap ..... etc.
Need I go on ?
Of course I am not suggesting that ceratain parties would manipulate the market so I really have no logical explanation since I have no idea.
Anything below 1 cent may be of interest to me.
I always wanted to buy 1 Million of something for that warm glowing feeling
