I am not prejudging their 'attitude', until I see their response to my queries. Their reposne to Tis and vitro gro can be confounded by many things. The recent ker splat face plant, over hip replacement devices may well have left an indelible mark.

They have stated policy that they do respond, there is EU regulation that they do, and their policy is to be more open than that. I will if nothing else be interested to see exactly what happens when I knock on that door. Will the repsonse that i am sure to get be ... responsive or just hand waving busy work.

That will if nothing else remove some of the unknowns, they will either be responsive to my known requests or not, in the situation with the CE mark we dont know what they are or are not responding to. Which makes guessing how reasonable things are being done: impossible.

As I said, I have no real expectation of joy, more of getting a more realistic appraisal of how they play the game, and perhaps some clarity on what their rules really are.
