Here is the result of the ambush. Will we only get a flesh wound or be scalped . We need transparency of just what can be left to answer and possibly a expert opinion on just what is going on as TIS may just be leading us on and raise capital when we don't know the odds in regards to time to approval. there is no enforceable rule book to force the aproval authority to stick to it's timetable. The other side to this is that TIS may not have completed stuff in a timely fashion to a suitable quality and lodged correctly but they are hardly going to come clean
I expect a lowball raising and it is very poor form by these guys but they can't resist a lowball offer of $ by predatory broker and sophs investors.

securities pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
