If they continue to have high overheads, the answer is yes they could bit the dust! They are very short of funds & I would expect a capital raising very soon. Market is very selective in how it deals with capital raisings at the moment. Potash project could require up to $80 million to establish. Remember potash project only held under option at present & some technological hurdles may still need to be crossed. RWD a better project but higher costs involved.
In this market funds can be used in more proven projects.
