Ironically JB involved in another shindig with possible questionable resources.
But here is not for that stuff.
I concur with care needing to be taken in Africa.
However Bill Turner succeeded with AVL in the DRC of all places, so it can be done. But then Bill Turner was an exceptional MD. If there was EVER a problem at Dikulushi BT was stràight over there. Whatsmore u could still email him and get replies whilst he was in the DRC.
