Your right if CHM did get what they claiming half of Jack Hills, MMX is stuffed, probably 20c-30c, but if there was any real chance of that happening l think all the large institutions that have millions invested in MMX would be dumping it by the truckload with only 2 weeks left for the verdict, instead MMX has risen from $1.40 to $1.55 on good volume, invesotrs are buying not selling.
