Doesn't really make a difference if it's 5 cents or 1 cent as this really comes down to the viability of the prospect.
If they get a farm out and hit oil expectations, probabally worth at least ~20-50m Market Cap.
So at 2.5 cents or 5m market cap, just depends on whether you think it will work.
