ahah you think you review data in a week? If you had any knowledge of the industry you'd know it takes min 2-6 months to review this kind of data before making a move.. and thats during the boom when they had the available staff... most companies have shed their headcount and are only tooling up over last few weeks...noting they are finding it very hard to find anyone good. Do some research.
