You're absolutely correct about it being undervalued, even if many traders believe that the market is always right at anyone time ie, the price now is the correct market price etc. This static view of course is very limited, as it doesn't take into consideration time properly.

Anyway, many new traders, and there are lots these days, see a few big green bars and think the price must be at it's high, or refuse to 'chase,' instead of doing a little MC/peer comparison analysis.

Personally, I'm buying smaller parcels all the way up to 20 cents, and re-evaluate there.
