Luye has taken 10% in exchange for Plant, Equipment and Facilities/Fitout. This is a value agreed between Luye and NuSep.

I presume at this stage that they are leasing the facility/premises from the Singapore Government or some other party. At this stage I do not recall if this information has been given to shareholders yet.

The change of investment from 10% to 20% for Luye has not been spelled out - it is just a figure given to shareholders without knowing if this is another 'plan' or whether an agreement has already been put into place.

Let's see what happens over the next couple of months!
