CNRE has production sharing agreement Xiamen Tungsten, and no doubt others.
Reasonable to assume there will be very little available for export (Japan) from next year.
Little wonder the Dragon advanced GBD for 35/50% Ce substitution into 20% low end NdFeB (30kt) 2018.
