my own opinion.
Thinking probability
1. finance arrangement - risk highly probable because they dont have a lot of cash in hand. however, they have been successful in entering in arrangements where they exchange shares for service.
2. success of IND. The drug was previously approved. It does not guarantee it will be this time, but highly probable that it will.
3. big player buying PRV. Highly probable that it will be sold. However, the amount they will receive may not be what is expected. Not sure how many PRV's are around, but it will come down to supply and demand. If many are floating around = less cash...
