Cash has been their problem, and they haven't managed the CR's very well, so that's my main concern.
More dilution around the 1 cent mark would just about be curtains for any upside, as MC wouldn't want to be any higher.
In relation to skin in the game, my only interest, is did they put their hand in their pocket, and pay for their shares.
Too many spec companies are getting performance shares when the companies are not performing at all.
Seems many Directors have many shares in their companies, but would love to know how much they've actually paid for them.
Any way just my opinion hope it works out.
