"When you stay on hc for a while you begin to get an auto translate feature for the posts."
You joined HC in September last year? And respectfully - I would avoid "auto translating" anything. Objective analysis might serve you better?
However, all of that aside, the basis of your point has some merit. I think you should look for some very good posters and read their posts - particularly those who have been around here for 10+ years. And always read and try to appreciate the posts that go against what you believe. I never used to but I do now. I have learned a lot from some of the very good posters. If you buy mining stocks there are some very, very knowledgable people posting on HC.
Also, I can tell you that I am not big on the "ramper" - "downramper" dichotomy. It serves very little purpose in helping anyone to evaluate anything in my opinion. It just seems to me to be a simple way for some to discount and dismiss the views of those who disagree with their particular opinions. A kind of - 'well you're either you're with us or your against us' - type of thing. That might well fill some need but it is not of much use for objective analysis - I don't think.
Just my views!
