    I think he will uptake his max allocation as long as shareholders who apply for extra get what they want also. He will want the shareholders like myself who do not have 1 million shares to still get a reasonable amount. You can only get $1667 worth if you have 250K shares if they don't allow the oversubscription. ALL IMO XOXO DYOR YEAH
