my understanding is the rights will be placed into your acc probably end of this week, then you can trade them for a week, next week. the letter is if your taking up the offer, but you don't have to wait for the letter you can go online https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home on the 15th
and I thought I read somewhere you can simply use bpay, so it should be pretty quick
