    one can tip any one of a number of Speccie small caps on the ASX...but its sorta like buyin a lotto ticket...you may win...but probably not

    Ines has been leading MBK a while and there hasnt been Ny shining lites. Winning lotto in the past doesnt guarantee another win in the future...unfortunately.

    When small caps hardly do anything re drill wise they just raise the odds for themselves because there are no guarantees. Can think of a few small caps that may have top people...but no result.
    Not sure it helps reference success stories...NST aint gona get Mbk ...Rdm etc up
