"by the way, the "potential" to receive our awarded damages for his ill fated LA business venture is NOT an achievement"
but you fail to place any quote from me where i state its an achievement, can you either retract that allegation or correct it. in my view, the potential of a recovery of the USD$33 mill damages claim has shareholder value to give.
as for the achievements of the board, you can check their CV on the xstate website, and you are more than welcome to ring the company and speak to all the board and personally ask them about their respective credentials..
I will wait until the outcome of the damages claim before i chastise the board like you do. if the board failed to secure the transaction with bullet proof agreements, then IMHO there would have been no chance of a rapid summary judgement, imho the board has safeguarded the transaction well enough with what are obviously exceptional agreements and with a top 10 if not top 3 legal firm on the planet
when SGC failed in their early farm out of the dempsey alvares transaction we notice no commentary on them for that failure, but the venom runs deep here despite the obvious conclusion that thus far the legal action has proceeded with excellence and delivered every milestone in record time.
I have had disagreements with some board members on the sanston agreement, and questioned a lot of the processes, but i am convinced the board did its due diligence on the 4 investors, i cant say they have done their due diligence on sanston well enough as its obvious that the wheels fell off there bigtime , and an bankruptcy was missed it appears.. but essentially, you have to agree the early investors delivered by sanston remain, but also remain imho supportive throughout.. and imho without them xst would have not made it to where it is today, and i also commend the board for not taking salary and working to keep the company going in the times when it ran real lean..
apart from that and the goelogical inputs xstate can offer to the partners, we have not been allowed to see the company achieve any of its objectives, and until it does, it remains a easy target for a cheap shot, like you have, and equally an easy target whilst its undervalued
best of luck to all holders..
