Stan if it has been such a disaster then sell out and move on to one of the other 1600 + stocks listed on the ASX.
"His failure to do his own due diligence on his investors" ??? Didn't you read the reply to the ASX query - they were investors introduced by Sanston, were well known to Sanston and due diligence was conducted;
