These days with alot of super accounts one can login and change its investment profiles with a few ticks in boxes. I changed mine to cash about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately it has to be $AU on my account, there is no box for $US or Gold @ 100% but at least my $AU balance remains the same rather than evaporating as the market falls. At the end of the day my cash balance with effectively have more buying power as the system slows and real interest rates rise.
Theres lots more winning to come so not sick of it yet.
