I am not sure why the market has so aggressively sold this off. Looks like the market is writing off any future deals, possibly a result of the delay of the gambling deals in Europe
At $1.5 per share the Market cap is appx $375m - This is not a bad buying opportunity when you factor in FY18 EBITDA of around $20-25m - does appear now to be at the lower end of my guess.
Then in FY19 the GDV will grow from organic growth + New deals + acquisition
Am i missing something
