Michael Fotios' name should appear many times when you google it.
HOR has good copper, that's for sure, but the shareholders are captured by MF as the controlling shareholder. One day he might make it come to life. He does have his travails though (that word may not be familiar to people in China - PRC - who know about the English language - it's not a common word here either, but it suits MF imo) so his hand may be forced - ie he will be made to do it or someone will replace him and do it for him.
