Reasons why the DNRM will fast-track the ML once the Native Title agreement is finalised:

* No objections were received when lodged.

* DNRM has accepted the Facility Description.

* Compensation agreements with landholders are finalised.

* Environmental Authority (EPSL03068015) has been granted.

* The Environmental Bond (financial assurance) is expected to reflect the small area of disturbance and the limited activities on site – ore processing and tailings disposal will be off lease.

* Mine planning for phase 1 is complete (sic) - very simple near surface orebody.
