2018....I'm pumped !, page-19

For the record. I contacted "Jules" just a week before the AGM and was told that she had been instructed to represent to Ewamian People but "the documents from LNY had just been received and that she hadn't read them yet".
Now, my "uncertainty" still revolves around the time lines and what those "documents from LNY" represent.
Jules, being with the Land Court, you would think, therefore, would not be there to "negotiate" on behalf of anyone and as I see it, it "should" be that those documents had already been seen by the Ewamian People and "possibly" had made their decision and just wanted "Jules" to check them out and provide any necessary legal advice relating to the form of the documents.
Now that's how I would see the role of anyone working for the Land Court. If so, that would have a significant effect on the time lines.
BUT, if the Ewamian People had still not made a decision and wanted "Jules" to advise them on LNY's offer, well the time lines could blow out to anything.
Despite a very cordial discussion with "Jules", she would not take that next step and tell me the answer to that very important question (maybe "material"??). Given the importance of her position in respect the process, I certainly did not want to press any further to risk antagonizing her and stopped making any further phone calls immediately.
In saying that, I am still highly confident that we have reached the last step towards going to the DNRM for that ML, just very uncertain about when that will happen.
