What Dougtags says is a complete unknown and that, IMO, is "material", vital, information that the company should be bound by the regulations to have notified all shareholders.
Not having the information re both matters raised is clearly sufficient grounds for the ASX to suspend trading until the information is available to all shareholders, it is currently a seriously uninformed market!!!
